I am Coach Q, an Atlanta-based Certified Life coach, Author, Speaker and Founder of The Break-Up, LLC. The Break-Up, is an organization that helps individuals to break cycles of mediocrity and tap into their greatness. After earning my Masters Degree in Public Health and becoming a certified life coach I knew that I wanted to utilize my expertise to assist individuals everywhere to live a purposeful life.
